These terms apply when you use Rowclerk for Trello® (“Rowclerk”), the add-on for Google Sheets™, and this website. They don’t limit any right you have under mandatory consumer law. By installing or using Rowclerk, you agree to them.

1. Who we are and who sells

Rowclerk is made and provided by Zsombor Mátyás Kispéter (in Hungarian name order: Kispéter Zsombor Mátyás), a private individual operating Rowclerk, Úrihegy tanya 27/C, 6000 Kecskemét, Hungary (“we”, “us”). Registration with the Hungarian tax authority as a private individual with a tax number (adószámos magánszemély) is in progress (November 2026). Full details are in the legal notice.

Paid plans are sold by our reseller Creem, operated by Armitage Labs OÜ, Rotermanni 14, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia, the merchant of record. Your purchase contract, covering checkout, payment, invoice, taxes, refunds and withdrawal, is with Creem under its Buyer Terms. If these terms and Creem’s Buyer Terms say different things about your purchase, Creem’s Buyer Terms apply.

These terms cover your use of Rowclerk, your licence to use it, and our support.

2. What Rowclerk is

• Product: Rowclerk is an add-on for Google Sheets™ that copies data from your Trello® boards into the spreadsheet you use it in. It is a digital service, provided for as long as you use it, or for your subscription period on a paid plan.
• Main features: Cards and Lists tabs with custom fields as columns on every plan; on paid plans, also Checklists and daily History tabs, more boards, and hourly refresh while the sidebar is open; on Business, also a combined “All cards” tab. The current plans are described on the home page.
• What you need: a Google account with Google Sheets™ in a web browser on a computer, a Trello® account that can open the boards you want to sync, and an internet connection. Rowclerk works only while its sidebar is open.
• Technical protection: paid features are unlocked by a licence key, which our licence service checks with Creem. One licence works in up to 3 Google accounts.
• AI: Rowclerk has no AI features.

3. Plans and free trial

• Free: the Free plan costs nothing and has no time limit.
• Trial: your first sync starts a 7-day trial of the Pro features, once per Google account. It needs no payment details. When it ends, Rowclerk returns to the Free plan, and nothing is charged.
• Paid plans: Pro (monthly or yearly) and Business (monthly) are subscriptions. The price shown on our website is the price of one billing period, in US dollars (USD), and includes VAT or sales tax. Creem’s checkout shows the final price before you pay.

4. Buying a plan

You start the purchase in the Rowclerk sidebar, and you order and pay in Creem’s checkout. Creem shows the final price, including any tax, before you pay, charges you, and sends your receipt or invoice. Creem’s Buyer Terms describe the ordering steps.

5. Access after you pay

• Your plan is activated in the sidebar right after your payment is confirmed. Your licence key is also in Creem’s receipt email, and you can enter it in the sidebar with “I have a licence key”.
• If your plan doesn’t activate, write to support@rowclerk.com. If we still can’t give you access without undue delay, you can end the contract and get your money back through Creem (Hungarian Government Decree 373/2021, section 23).

6. Renewal and cancellation

• Creem bills your subscription. It renews automatically every month or year, depending on your plan, until you cancel.
• Cancel at any time: click Manage subscription in the Rowclerk sidebar to open Creem’s customer portal, or open the portal at creem.io/my-orders/login and sign in with the email address you used at checkout. You can also use the link in your Creem receipt.
• After you cancel, you are not charged again. When your paid plan ends, Rowclerk returns to the Free plan.

7. Refunds and your right of withdrawal

• Creem handles refunds and withdrawals under its Buyer Terms.
• If you buy as a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. To withdraw, contact Creem as its Buyer Terms describe. If you need help, write to support@rowclerk.com and we will help you reach Creem.
• Nothing in these terms limits your right of withdrawal or any other right you have under consumer law.

8. Your licence

• We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Rowclerk for your own personal or business purposes, with the features of your plan, for as long as you use it under these terms (on a paid plan, while your subscription is active).
• You may not resell Rowclerk or your licence key, share your licence key beyond the Google accounts it allows, get around plan limits or the licence check, or copy, change or reverse-engineer Rowclerk, except where the law allows it.
• Rowclerk, its code, name and design belong to us. You keep all rights to your own data and to the spreadsheets you create.

9. Using Rowclerk

• Follow Trello®’s and Google’s terms, and sync only boards you are allowed to access.
• When you share a spreadsheet, you share the board data in it, including names of people on your boards. Who can see your spreadsheet is up to you.
• Rowclerk rewrites its Cards, Lists, Checklists and All cards tabs on every sync. Keep your own formulas, notes and data on other tabs.
• Keep your Trello® token private. We will never ask you for it.
• Don’t misuse our licence service, for example by sending it automated requests or trying to break its security.

10. Trello® and Google services

Rowclerk depends on Trello® (Atlassian) and Google Sheets™. Their availability, limits and changes are outside our control. If a change on their side stops Rowclerk from working, we will try to fix it quickly. Rowclerk is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Atlassian or Google.

11. If something doesn’t work (conformity, kellékszavatosság)

• Creem is the seller of paid plans, so its Buyer Terms describe your statutory rights for the purchase. Those rights are not affected by these terms.
• In practice, we fix bugs and provide updates for Rowclerk, including security updates, for as long as we offer it.
• Report problems to support@rowclerk.com, with a short description of what happened.

12. Liability

• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be excluded or limited, in particular for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for harm to life, body or health, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
• Within those limits, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you started using Rowclerk, or for losses caused by Trello®, Google or other services we don’t control.
• If you use Rowclerk as a business and not as a consumer, our total liability, as far as the law allows, is limited to the amount you paid for Rowclerk in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Changes and ending

• We improve Rowclerk over time and may change its features. We won’t take away a main feature of your paid plan during a period you have already paid for.
• We tell paying users about changes to these terms at least 30 days before they take effect, on this website and by email. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before then. Changes never reduce your statutory consumer rights.
• If we stop offering Rowclerk, we tell paying users at least 30 days in advance and stop renewals. Your statutory rights for any period you have already paid for are not affected.
• You can stop using Rowclerk at any time. The support page explains how to cancel, disconnect Trello® and remove the add-on.

14. Complaints

• Complaints about payment, billing or refunds go to Creem at support@creem.io, as its Buyer Terms describe.
• Complaints about Rowclerk itself go to support@rowclerk.com. We answer written complaints in writing within 30 days.

15. Governing law and courts

Hungarian law governs these terms. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of that country (Rome I Regulation, Art. 6(2)). If you live in the EU, you can take us to court in the country where you live, and we can only take you to court there (Brussels Ia Regulation, Art. 18). Your purchase from Creem is governed by Creem’s Buyer Terms.
