Questions and answers
How do I cancel?
In the Rowclerk sidebar, click Manage subscription. It opens Creem’s customer portal, where you sign in with the email address you used at checkout and cancel. You can also open the portal at creem.io/my-orders/login. After you cancel, you are not charged again. When your paid plan ends, Rowclerk returns to the Free plan.
How does the free trial work?
Your first sync starts a 7-day trial of the Pro features: up to 3 boards, the Checklists and History tabs and hourly refresh. There is no card and no automatic charge. When the 7 days are over, Rowclerk goes back to the Free plan unless you subscribe. There is one trial per Google account.
Can I get a refund?
Creem, our reseller and merchant of record, handles payments and refunds under its Buyer Terms. If you buy as a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. If you need help, write to support@rowclerk.com. Your card statement shows the charge as “CREEM.IO* STORE”.
What happens to my data?
Your browser fetches your boards directly from Trello® and Rowclerk writes them only into your spreadsheet. Your Trello® token is stored in your own Google account, for the add-on. Our servers never receive your Trello® data, your token or your spreadsheet content. Clicking Disconnect Trello® in the sidebar revokes the token and deletes it. Details are in the privacy policy.
Which Trello® boards can I sync?
Any board you can open with your Trello® account, on any Trello® plan. Rowclerk copies open cards. Archived cards are left out, and archived lists show up in the Lists tab marked as archived. If your company’s Trello® Enterprise admin restricts third-party apps, you may need their approval to connect.
Are there limits?
- Boards per spreadsheet: 1 on Free, up to 3 on Pro and up to 50 on Business.
- Up to 20,000 open cards per board, and up to 200 columns per tab.
- One licence works in up to 3 Google accounts.
- Syncs run while the sidebar is open, one board at a time. Rowclerk does not sync in the background yet: when the sidebar is closed, nothing runs.
Does Rowclerk change anything in Trello®?
No. It asks Trello® for read-only access, so it cannot create, edit or delete anything on your boards.
Does Rowclerk use AI?
No. Rowclerk has no AI features.
Need help?
Email support@rowclerk.com. We usually answer within 2 business days. The support page explains how to cancel, disconnect Trello® and remove the add-on.
